Does this land currently have an agricultural valuation?

Land can only convert to wildlife management use if it already qualifies for open-space appraisal (Tax Code §23.51(7)).

Did you acquire this property since January 1 of last year?

If yes, that's fine — a new owner simply files the application in their own name by April 30, even when the land already has agricultural valuation (Tax Code §23.54(e)).

Has this tract been reduced in acreage since January 1 of last year?

Most tracts haven't — and if yours hasn't, no minimum-acreage rule applies at all. We ask because a tract that WAS reduced gets checked against a regional acreage ratio (34 TAC §9.2005).
